Pilates with Ruth

Ruth Melling Pilates & Coaching

Ruth first became aware of the importance of body awareness, postural alignment and strengthening through movement whilst working as a therapy assistant in a Neuro Rehabilitation Unit. Having an understanding of how the body works and how much we take the patterns of movement for granted really inspired Ruth to look at how she could take this approach into the community and make the sessions more accessible to everyone. Ruth fell in love with Pilates whilst attending face to face sessions and also practising at home via online classes. Ruth loves the element of the connection between the breath, mind and body and how people can improve so many areas of their function through these foundational Pilates movements. Ruth hopes you enjoy the Pilates sessions as much as she loves creating and teaching them.

St Johns Great Horton

Rev. John Bavington

From St John’s Church Great Horton

St. John's extends a warm invitation for you to join us in worship! Our approach to worship is refreshingly informal, embracing everyone who walks through the doors of our Church. We firmly believe that church is a place for authentic encounters with God, where joy and reverence coexist harmoniously. Our guiding light is the Bible, which we cherish as God's living Word, imparting wisdom to our lives. We are also open to the transformative power of the Holy Spirit, who guides us on our journey of faith.

VR Care

VR Care

VR Care is a dedicated service for care homes, providing virtual reality technology with VR 360-degree content and experiences for residents to escape into the outdoors, go on city tours, get up close to nature and animals. VR CARE is really meaningful to Mark, as it helps people living with dementia to have cognitive stimulation, whilst enjoying virtual days out and helps bring back important memories.
